About Us
We are a Family-Run business located just 2 miles from the centre of Derby offering a friendly, honest and economical service for all types of computer and laptop repairs, upgrades, maintenance and sales.
In 2013, we joined Derby City Council’s “Buy With Confidence” scheme, where we have been vetted and approved by Trading Standards to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. More details about the scheme can be found by clicking here.

Repairs
From broken screens to software issues, liquid damage to data recovery, we’ll get your device back to full health in no time. Our “no-fix, no-fee” policy ensures that should the quoted repair costs be un-economical, you aren’t paying for a service that you haven’t benefitted from.
Upgrades
Has your computer gone into limp mode? We offer a range of hardware upgrades to speed up your current machine as well as a selection of used devices if you wanted to replace your computer entirely. Pair a new computer with our data transfer so you can keep those all-important family photos.
Insurance Quotes
Does your insurance company require a report and repair quotation for your damaged computer? We offer an assessment and quotation service which will provide you with a printed report containing all your insurance company’s requirements for a cost of £25 (which we will refund against the cost of any work carried out with us).
Sales
Are you are looking for a new laptop or desktop and don’t want to pay the high street price? We can supply pre-owned devices that are in great condition, most people won’t be able to tell that they aren’t brand new! If we don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, we can source a range of Windows laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, MacBooks and even gaming PCs to suit your needs.
